About the position

We are now looking for assemblers for the chassis department at Laxå Special Vehicles!

The work involves varied modifications of chassis. These are modified based on customer requests with the aim of "exceeding customer expectations". The assembly work is carried out in a modernized process in nice facilities with a focus on a safe working environment and high quality. In the role of assembler in the chassis department, you need to have a strong drive and good collaboration skills.

The role includes ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently in accordance with safety and quality standards. It is also expected that you contribute together with colleagues to ensure that the work is performed with high productivity and that deliveries are made just in time. You are expected to actively participate and contribute to achieving set goals and plans for the daily operations.

The start date for the position is immediate, and working hours are scheduled during the day.

Your profile

Requirements:
· Documented previous experience in mechanical assembly
· Good knowledge of reading drawings and handling tools
· Minimum high school education in vehicle mechanics/electrical/industry
· B driver's license

Desirable for the position:
· Documented previous experience working with hydraulics/electrical/electrical diagrams or equivalent
· Living in the local area
· Lift certificate

To be qualified for this position, you need to have previous work experience from industrial manufacturing in assembly and/or modifications. To thrive in the role, you should be driven and have a genuine interest in your tasks and the department's mission.
